From Peg Smith (January 15, 2006):
Interest, or maybe curiosity, is brewing over the possibility of continuing the Community Development Forums.

Coops, garden plots, honey bees, fields of lavender, sustainable agriculture, small-scale agri-business niches, housing, young families,........ Once again, Eric Feiler will try to set a date and place and will facilitate the first meeting, if people want to do this again.

If you are interested, start thinking about topics we should discuss, and maybe even do a little research you can share on a few ideas. Meeting date and place to be announced.
Peg

P.S. Much of this discussion ties in to revisions to the Boulder Town General Plan. The chapters on land use, housing, and economic development will be discussed over the next several weeks, and the revised Plan will be used as a guide for decision-making for the next 5 years. Perhaps setting forth some ideas in that Plan will help stimulate discussion in the Forum, or vice versa.

Sue Fearon will be posting a pdf download of the current General Plan on her website within the next few days. http://www.boulderutah.com/town/planning.html
